Café Rivoli treats diners with Duck Liver and Robatayaki Dinner Buffet from now till 2 March 2020. Have a nice evening with some Japanese style Robatayaki and pan-fried duck liver along with a series of delicacies which are recommended by Ken Chan, the Executive Chef of the Hotel.
Robatayaki is the highlight cannot be missed. Various savoury ingredients including prawn, beef cube, pork cube, ox tongue and more are prepared by chef on open grills. Complementing with pomelo pepper sauce, miso sauce and homemade scallop sauce, the dish is a delight to all guests’ palate. In the live cooking area, the cook-to –order Pan-fried Duck Liver is served with a slice of crunchy toast. Adding some Balsamico sauce on top make this dish is a perfect one.
Café Rivoli also features a vast specialities including Sashimi and Sushi, Seafood On Ice (Lobster, White Prawns, Jade Whelk, Snow Crab Legs, Lobster Claw), a wide selection of cold cuts and appetizers. Tofu Cocktail with Crab Roe, Chicken with Fish Stock and Vegetable, Chef Recommend “BIG PAN” Rice, Roasted U.S. Prime Beef O.P. Ribs and more for guests to enjoy.
