Festive Dinner Buffet
Highlight dishes of Festive Dinner Buffet include Christmas exclusive limited Roast U.S. Turkey with Port Wine Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, Roast U.S. Striploin with Black Pepper Sauce, Honey Glazed Bone Ham and more. Each adult diner of Dinner Buffet can enjoy a complimentary half piece of Lobster Rockefella.
Freshly-shucked oysters, Argentinian 7-inch Red Prawn sashimi, luscious seafood-on-ice and the Japanese sashimi will continue to delight the fans of seafood. Five dishes of Daily Chef Specials will also be freshly prepared each night and served on rotation, including Cajun Salmon, Roasted Wellington Tenderloin, Moroccan Lamb, Baked Hokkaido Hotate with Truffle, Apple Crumble and more.
Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year’s Eve Buffets
On December 24, 25 and 31, we will present Christmas and New Year’s Eve Buffets in which you can fully enjoy sumptuous choices and an unlimited supply of freshly-shucked oysters, seafood-on-ice, sashimi, sushi and a salad bar, hot dishes and festive desserts. There will be also two rounds of Festive Dinner Buffet during which patrons can enjoy free-flow of house red and white wine, orange juice and soft drinks. Each adult patron can also enjoy a complimentary half piece of Lobster Thermidor, a bowl of Double-boiled Almond Tea with Bird’s Nest and a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne cocktail.
Desserts are definitely a big plus for festive celebrations. A lineup of festive desserts, such as Panettone, Christmas Pudding with Cognac Vanilla Sauce and Christmas Chocolate Yule Log, with the unlimited serving of Häagen-Dazs Ice-cream, can surely satisfy all the sweet tooth.
