Crabalicious Dinner Buffet:

Autumn is the perfect crab-tasting season! LIS Café crafted a new season of dinner buffet by infusing different crab species around the globe. Not-to-be-missed dishes include Smoked salmon rolled with Alaskan queen crab, Thai crab green curry with fresh basil, Mediterranean brown crab stewed with rich tomato basil concasse, Hot crab pot with Hokkaido 3.6 milk and more.

We also offer a wide range of International gourmets, including Chilled Seafood such as Snow Crab Legs and Fresh Oysters; Assorted Sashimi, Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Wheel Pasta on gueridon trolley, Order-to-made BBQ Station, exquisite desserts such as Chocolate Fountain, Baked Croissant Pudding, Mövenpick Ice-cream and many more!

A complimentary Baked Golden Crab Shell with Wild Mushroom Ragout or Crab Shell Au Gratin with Black Truffle Sauce will be offered to each dining guest.

Southeast Asian Holiday Brunch:

Warm up your taste buds with an array of Southeast Asian cuisine from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. Gourmet highlights include Thai Seafood Salad, Bak Kut Teh, Laksa, Braised Chile Blue Mussel with Sambal Paste and dessert delights!

Our 5-hour holiday brunch features over 50 delectable dishes from around the globe, including Iceland prawns, blue mussels, assorted sashimi and hand roll sushi, Thai Style Grilled Pork Neck, Japanese Pork Cutlet with curry, etc. It also includes an array of heart-warming desserts such as homemade signature serradura, Hokkaido milk pudding, Baked Sago Custard Pudding, Deep-fried Chinese Fritter with Honey and many more!

Each dining guest could enjoy a complimentary dish of Thai raw white prawns with spicy fish sauce (4 pcs) or Satay skewers (4 pcs)
