While the festive season is upon us, InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong invites you to celebrate a memorable and sparkling festive season you’re your loved ones. The hotel’s culinary team has prepared a sumptuous selection of festive delicacies surrounded by dazzling adornments, offering guests a truly magnificent experience.

Celebrate the holiday season with an Italian flair. British celebrity Chef Theo Randall brings guests a memorable festive dining experience blending the best local ingredients and seasonal imported produce from Italy at Theo Mistral by Theo Randall. The Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve’s semi-buffet set dinners feature a host of sumptuous feasts on the buffet table including freshly-shucked oysters, Boston lobsters, Snow crab legs and chilled seafood on ice. Choose among Chef Theo’s Italian classics as your main course, featuring Homemade Taglierini Pasta with Red Prawns with Datterini tomatoes, Grilled Veal Steak with Roasted New Potatoes as well as Italian Sea Bass with Datterini Tomatoes.

An enticing Festive Brunch will also be served up for family gathering on Christmas. From the enticing Italian appetizers, chilled seafood to homemade pasta, mains and desserts, bringing an ultimate enjoyment to guests. Unlimited served seafood on the buffet table, including freshly shucked oysters, Boston lobsters, fresh prawns, mussels, crab legs and sea whelk, is highly recommended. A Taste of Theo” featuring a choice of two homemade pastas follow. Select one out of four Italian gourmet such as roasted turkey and baked cod fillet as your main. Nothing can beat Chef Theo’s signature desserts to end the lavish meal, from Amalfi Lemon Tart made with lemons from the South coast of Italy, flavoursome chocolate cake to authentic Italian tiramisu. Kids will have a party of their own at the kids’ corner loaded with educational toys and interactive learning games for a delightful afternoon. Santa Claus will also give out gifts and blessings to everyone.
