Bringing Back the Authentic Aperitivo:

Chef Alessandro has decided to bring back the traditional Italian-style Aperitivo concept to Grissini and has combined two Italian favourites: Pizza and Aperol Spritz for guests to relax and chill after a long day of work.

The pizza choices include:
- Prawns, asparagus, ricotta mousse
- 24-month parma ham, San Marzano tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella cheese
- Fassone beef carpaccio, rocket salad, parmesan cheese
- Thin veal slice, tuna sauce, capers, frisee lettuce
- Roasted scallops, black truffle, celeriac
- Lobster and crudaiola tomato salad

Available daily from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM, priced at HK$280 plus a 10% service charge per person.
From 8 January – 28 February.

About Grissini - Grand Hyatt Hong Kong

Grissini commands panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. Its contemporary interior design and modern Tony Delapp paintings conjure up the feeling of a stylish New York restaurant.

Dramatically situated at the entrance is a large baking oven, where freshly baked grissini breadsticks fill the whole restaurant with a delicious aroma. The grissini breadsticks are served during lunch and dinner; guests love Grissini for its authentic Italian cuisine.

An extensive selection of Italian wines is displayed in the two-storey wine cellar with an impressive floor-to-ceiling Vinotheque.
