Dragon Inn serves a delightful selection of Shanghai, Yangzhou and Huai Yang dishes in a charming and quaint atmosphere, reminiscent of old Shanghai with traditional décor of lanterns, Chinese style brown wood furniture and art displays.

The culinary style of Huai Yang is one of the prevailing pillars of China’s great four distinctive cuisines, with braising, simmering, coddling, and steaming require patience and delicate preparation. Huai Yang’s flavor carries a hint of sugary taste that enhances its color and aroma; the brighter and more colorful the dish, the stronger its flavor, and vice versa.
